Terracore Group Ltd | Warranty Policy 

This Warranty applies to all equipment manufactured by Terracore Group Ltd, including the Dustquip and Impellr brands. This Warranty represents our commitment to address product defects arising from faults in materials or workmanship. 

1. Customer Obligations
‍To maintain warranty validity, the customer must

• Maintain the machine in accordance with the maintenance requirements detailed in the Operator's Handbook
• Release the machine for its first scheduled service 
• Use only genuine parts or parts of equivalent quality 
• Make the machine available promptly for warranty inspection and repairs 
• Ensure all servicing is carried out by trained personnel, as specified in the Operator’s Handbook 
• Ensure that only fully trained and competent personnel operate the machine 
• Complete the online registration process within 30 days of purchase 
• In the event of a fault, contact the nearest Dustquip or Impellr dealer, providing: 
       An accurate description of the fault
       The machine model
       The machine serial number 
  

2. Machine Registration
‍To qualify for the full warranty period, the machine must be registered within 30 days of purchase. Registration must be completed online at: https://www.dustquip.com/warranty-application
‍
Proof of purchase must be uploaded at the time of registration.

3. Warranty Period 

• The warranty period commences on the date of delivery to the first owner/end user 
• For unregistered machines, the warranty will commence 6 months after the date of dispatch from the Terracore factory or after 250 operational hours, whichever occurs first 

All registered machines are covered for: 12 months or 500 operational hours (whichever occurs first) 

4. Warranty Coverage

 This warranty covers: 

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions 

This warranty does not cover: 

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect 
• Improper operation or maintenance 

5. Warranty Repairs & Service

• Warranty repairs must be carried out by an authorised Terracore Group Service Centre 
• Customers are responsible for the cost of transporting the machine to the designated service location 
• Terracore Group Ltd will cover the cost of repair or replacement of components deemed defective under warranty 
• No warranty repairs will be authorised if carried out by unauthorised parties 

6. Exclusions
‍This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: 

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect 
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs 
• Failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions 
• Environmental or external factors (including floods, fire, frost, or other acts of nature) 
• Normal wear and tear 
• Disconnection or tampering with the hour meter (this will invalidate the warranty)

7. Claims Process
‍To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact your Dustquip/Impellr dealer or visit: https://www.dustquip.com/warranty-claim
2. Complete the online claim form
3. Upon submission, a Case Number will be issued
4. Ship the machine to the designated Dustquip/Impellr facility, clearly marking the Case Number
5. The machine will be inspected to determine warranty eligibility 

• If the claim is approved, repairs will be completed within a reasonable timeframe 
• If the claim is not covered, a quotation for repairs will be provided 

Where a Terracore technician is required to attend site: 

• A purchase order will be required to cover the call-out charge 
• If the issue is confirmed as a valid warranty claim, the call-out charge will be waived 

8. Limitation of Liability
‍Terracore Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits 
• Loss of business 
• Operational downtime 

9. Transferability
‍This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

‍10. Governing Law
‍This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the region of sale.

‍11. Modification of Terms
‍Terracore Group Ltd reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
